Welcome to my business, Coaching by Shay! Coaching by Shay is owned and operated by myself, Shay Jefferson. I have had continuous experience in the horse world, riding and working with horses for 11 years. I am certified in first aid and CPR/AED Level C. I am also currently enrolled in college working towards an advanced diploma in dental hygiene. My goal as a horseback riding coach is to ensure that the horse and rider feel confident and comfortable at all times while establishing new skills and developing a stronger connection.
